This class will cover meditation and astral travel projecting, and dive deeply into creative visualization to manifest with a guided process. Creative visualization is a technique that involves using your imagination to create mental images of what you want to achieve or manifest in your life based on the idea that your thoughts and intentions influence your reality. Students are encouraged to bring a desire they wish to manifest into their lives.
