The League of the Extraordinarily Gifted?

Picture
Picture

Gryphons' Claw The League of the Extraordinarily Gifted is a private group I formed in 2014. The group currently consists of over 40 "gifted"  individuals who have studied, or are studying, and applying their unique intuitive gifts to being of service to the community.   We are cohesively united by the mission of being of service using our  gifts for "the community".  Our work is pro-bono however we accept donations to the school. "The community" refers to anyone in need. Group members support and teach other members.

The group meets online and in person to study, exchange ideas or discuss cases we may be working on.  Dues to the group are $24/year due every January. The portal opens for new membership in January allowing members during the interim to work compatibly with one another.  Member consideration is through recommendation of another member.

Who is in the group?
The group consists of seers, dreamers, energy workers, healers, mediums, witches, shamans, remote viewers, those that pray, and many others with intuitive gifts. We have all set aside our differences, share our  knowledge within the group, and offer our skills to assist the community. The elders of the group agree to assist those in the group in need of further training.

How long has the League been around?

I started the League in 2014 with a handful of members. Our current member number is in the forties.

How does the League serve the community?
We have had some worthy mentionable successes:
*Hurricanes/storms
*tornadoes
*fires
*wellness/health issues
*souls passing
*strength in facing obstacles in life
*missing animals
*missing persons

SubGroups:

Healers' Circle

Picture
Healers' Circle

Designation: Collective Restoration & Transition Support
Primary Gift Class: Energetic Transmission, Intercessory Focus, Guided Visualization
Overview
The Healers are League members whose Gifts manifest as the ability to influence life through intention—by sending energy, prayer, and focused visualization toward those who are sick, dying, or in transition. Alone, their Gifts are meaningful. Together, they are formidable.
They do not claim miracles. They create possibility.
Core Belief
Healing is not domination over illness or death—it is alignment. When many minds, hearts, and Gifts are synchronized toward compassion, the outcome shifts. Recovery becomes more likely. Suffering softens. Passing becomes peaceful.
Collective Practice
The Healers work primarily in coordinated circles across distance:
  • Energy is synchronized through breath, rhythm, or shared visual anchors
  • Prayer is inclusive, non-denominational, and intent-focused
  • Visualization centers on improvement, not control—less pain, greater strength, clarity, calm
The focus may include:
  • Critically ill individuals
  • Animals suffering injury or neglect
  • Those actively dying, to ease fear and pain
  • Communities experiencing collective trauma
  • The strength of The Healers lies not in any single member, but in resonance with the whole
    Boundaries & Ethics
We do not override consent—explicit or intuitive.
    We do not promise survival.
We do not interfere when death is the natural or chosen path.
In those moments, our work shifts from healing to holding.
    Relationship to Other Subgroups
  • Often collaborate with The Missing, especially when a found individual requires stabilization or peace
  • Serve as emotional anchors for League members suffering burnout or Gift-related strain

Weather Whiches

Picture
Weather Whiches
Designation: Elemental Mediation & Disaster Harm Reduction
Primary Gift Class: Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Elemental Influence
Overview
The Weather Whiches are a rare and small subgroup within the League—individuals whose Gifts attune them to the elemental forces of the planet itself. Storms, tides, pressure systems, seismic tremors, wind patterns—these are not enemies to be conquered, but powers to be listened to and to understand. It is not a command but a relationship we foster.

Purpose
Their work centers on understanding the components of  mitigation, redirection, and protection:
  • Lessening the destructive forces such as hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis, fires....
  • Diverting storm paths away from population centers when possible
  • Calming volatile systems before they escalate
  • Creating moments of shelter, warning, or delay that save lives
Practice & Philosophy
Weather Whiches believe nature has intent, momentum, and memory. Their gifts allow them to:
  • Sense instability long before instruments register it
  • Feel when a system can be softened—or when it must be endured
  • Align their energy with elemental rhythms rather than opposing them
Rituals may involve:
  • Grounding through earth or water
  • Wind-pattern tracing
  • Collective focus during high-risk events
  • working with stop saved water, or earth
  • Silence, listening, and restraint as often as action
  • Sometimes the most powerful choice is non-intervention.
Every Weather Which learns early: nature always collects its due.
Relationship to the League
  • Often work in tense coordination with leadership due to risk and unpredictability
  • Rely on The Healers for recovery after major interventions

The Missing

Picture
The Missing
Designation: Community Support & Recovery
Primary Gift Class: Remote Viewing (Advanced / Sustained)
Overview
The Missing are League members whose Gifts allow them to see beyond physical distance—and who have learned, through years of discipline, restraint, and loss, how to use that sight responsibly. Their focus is recovery: locating missing or displaced persons, and lost animals when conventional means fail.

Role Within Gryphon’s Claw
Members of The Missing work closely with local communities, families, and—when necessary—first responders. Their involvement is often unofficial and deliberately understated. Many cases never make public records, attributed instead to “tips,” “search breakthroughs,” or chance discoveries.
Methodology
Remote viewing sessions are conducted under strict internal protocols:
  • Targets must be clearly defined (name, object, last known location, or emotional anchor)
  • Sessions are time-limited to prevent cognitive drift or emotional bleed
  • Findings are cross-checked internally before being shared externally
Senior members act as anchors during difficult searches, especially those involving children, trauma victims, or long-term disappearances.
Cost of the Gift
Seeing the lost means finding them as they are, not as they were hoped to be. Members of The Missing are in ongoing  training not  to carry emotional weight. Some veterans keep journals.
Can I join? What are the qualifications?
The process and qualifications of membership are simple:
1) we all have intuitive gifts, so you are automatically qualified as an intuitive by nature
2)you must be nominated by a person that is a current League member

Training
1)our program of training is free along with the $24 per year membership renewable by each January
2) we have frequent online meetings with our elders to exchange information and learning
3) complimentary telephone sessions with myself
4)opportunities to teach within the school
5) significant discounts with renown instructors secured specifically for the League

When Can I Join?
Membership to Gryphons' Claw The League of the Extraordinarily Gifted is open every January. Dues are set to be paid by the last day in January.

Meetings/Learning Sessions
  • Monthly meetings are heldat no cost on the second Sunday of every month at 1 PM, EST

 Learning Layers

We do not believe in associating any member with a  "position" within the League as we believe we all are learning and teaching.  However over the years we have seen a pattern in participation and  learning amongst members.

I am sharing with you the categories members have placed themselves into to encourage you to move up the learning layer as many have done.

The Elders

Picture
  • The wise stewards of the League. They have walked the path for many years, completed all known teachings, and shown unwavering dedication, wisdom, and leadership.
  • Characteristics: Respected, deeply intuitive, often guide others through teaching, rituals, and decision-making.

Luminaries In Adjunct
(to the Elders)

Picture
  • Role: Advanced member contributors who have  great promise, leadership traits, and consistent presence. They are the adjuncts to the Elders serving as assistants,  mentors-in-training, taking on key support roles.
  • Characteristics: Dependable, growing in wisdom, often act as bridges between the Elders and other members

Kindled Members

Picture
  • Role: Members who have shown potential, occasionally contribute, shown some activity and/or interest, but whose presence is irregular, minimal. Their path is uncertain but not closed, the need for  a deepening in  commitment and consistency is to be seen.
  • Characteristics: Still finding their path and rhythm within the group. Inquisitive, but not yet rooted. May drift in and out depending on personal journey or timing.

The Unseen Supporters

Picture
  • Characteristics: Those who are members in name only. Dormant or distanced, possibly observing from afar or not yet ready to engage, study, offer assistance, or have not communicated with the League. They have not shown any consistent presence or engagement with the League's workings, meetings or classes,or are new members who we welcome!
  • New Members are considered as Unseen, yet to solidify their role in the League, and are new to the group.

The Advisors

Picture
Designation: Oversight, Ethics, Strategy, and Inter-Group Balance
Authority Level: High (Non-Field Command)
Overview
The Advisors are a select body within the League who share responsibility for guidance, accountability, and long-term stability of the League and its members, offering council and support to the founder. They operate as a group, voting on decisions  made  in unison.  Their role is to ensure the League’s Gifts are used with purpose, restraint, and integrity—especially when emotions, urgency, or self insecurity or pressure threaten to override good judgment. They often serve as the bridge between the League Elders, members and those who request help.
Primary Responsibilities
The Advisors oversee:
  • Ethical use of Gifts (consent, interference, boundaries)
  • Internal disputes amongst members
  • Involved with strategic decisions affecting the League as a whole
  • Protection of the League and its secrecy when necessary
  • Long-range planning
Composition
Advisors are chosen for wisdom, steadiness, and discernment—not raw power.
What they share is this:
They’ve seen what happens when power is used without reflection.
How They Operate
Advisors rarely give direct orders. Instead, they guide through:
  • counsel
  • policy
  • mediation
  • warnings
